Yes. Pools should be serviced weekly to help keep the water clean, balanced, and safe to swim in. Regular service helps prevent algae, cloudy water, staining, and equipment issues.

It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Our team is fully insured and trained to perform services while you’re away. However, if you have specific concerns or instructions, we recommend discussing them with us beforehand. Please make that all pets are secured before our teams arrival.
To ensure a smooth cleaning experience, please remove any large items (toys, furniture, etc.) from the pool area.
If bad weather is expected, we will assess the situation and determine whether to proceed with the cleaning. In cases of heavy rain or storms, we may need to reschedule for safety reasons. We will communicate with you regarding any changes to your appointment and reschedule your visit
